About The Role

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Intern will work closely with the eCommerce team to support email marketing, digital campaigns, and internal content creation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about eCommerce, social media trends, and digital storytelling, with a strong interest in platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Google.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about the fashion industry, with a strong interest in fashion and digital culture.

What You’ll Do

· Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and eCommerce touchpoints.

· Assist in creating clear and engaging creative briefs for campaign assets, newsletters, and social activations.

· Stay up to date on TikTok, Instagram, and fashion trends, identifying opportunities for TOMS to create relevant and engaging content across digital channels.

· Research trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments to inspire campaign ideas and content creation.

· Assist in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns.

· Monitor and report on campaign, email, and social media performance, sharing insights and recommendations.

· Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing briefs and coordinating campaigns.

· Interest in email marketing, eCommerce, and digital campaigns within the fashion industry.

· Passion for digital marketing and social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of trends and platform culture.

· Eagerness to learn new skills and work with email marketing and eCommerce tools such as Attentive, Shopify and analytics platforms.

· A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude, bringing fresh ideas and an analytical approach to the team.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French, German, or Dutch are considered a plus.

Requirements

· Based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam two days per week (no relocation provided).

· Available starting August 2026.

· Must be enrolled, for the duration of the internship, in a Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business-related program at an accredited college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

What We Give

· A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week).

· Start date: August 2026.

· Two vacation days per month based on a 40-hour work week.

· Two free pairs of TOMS shoes.

· Hybrid working model: two days per week at the EMEA office after onboarding.

· Internship allowance aligned with market conditions.
