We’re looking for a Digital Communications Intern to join the FINN Partners Dublin team on a 3-month basis (32 hours per week).
The ideal candidate should have an energetic and proactive approach, a strong interest and understanding of social platforms and digital storytelling, good sense of tone and visual communication, strong organisational skills and a desire to be part of a team that creates memorable campaigns for a variety of leading clients across public institutions, retail, transport, healthcare and food and drink.

Internship responsibilities include:
- Support in drafting engaging, platform-specific copy that align with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Assist with community management across social media channels and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs in a timely manner.
- Create and edit basic graphics and videos with tools like Canva, Photoshop etc.
- Monitor emerging trends, events, and industry news to suggest timely content ideas.
- Publishing content and managing posting schedules.
- Assist in gathering weekly or monthly metrics and contributing to regular reports.
- Assist with client and business development administrative tasks, including the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, meeting notes, and meeting schedules.
- Keeping media lists up to date.
- Contribute to the development of creative and strategic campaigns and communications plans, as well as presenting new ideas to existing and prospective client teams.
- Supporting the wider team on day-to-day activities and ad hoc projects or duties from time to time.

- Possess (or currently studying for) a third-level qualification in digital marketing, public relations, communications, or another related field /or/ equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills with experience in utilising different channels.
- Have an eye for neat presentation, good design, and take pride in ensuring small details are accurate.
- Have an innate interest in Irish and international media, communications, and content – you read the news every day.
- Follow modern and emerging media trends, consumer behaviours, current affairs, and technology, and know how and why they can impact the work we do.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and often varied environment.
