Now, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive business growth, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
About the RoleAs Digital Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of digital campaigns and marketing strategies. You will help translate client objectives into effective briefs, manage timelines and expectations, and ensure the final outputs meet both our creative standards and strategic goals.
You will work closely with content creators, designers, digital specialists, and business development leads to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of digital marketing, and excels in client communication and cross-functional project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Account Management- Serve as the primary contact for digital clients, ensuring their goals and feedback are clearly communicated to internal teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across tourism boards, public agencies, and destination brands.
- Prepare project briefs, meeting agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance.
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and social media.
- Optimize Google Ads (Performance Max), Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging paid platforms for maximum ROI.
- Develop content strategies that align with SEO and SEM best practices to increase website traffic and engagement.
- Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies to enhance visibility in search engines (Google SGE, voice search, Zero-Click results).
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps.
- Work with developers to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Manage and grow TOPOSOPHY's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and industry-specific platforms.
- Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies, ensuring content resonates with key audiences (tourism boards, policymakers, and cultural leaders).
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging blog posts, reports, white papers, and visual storytelling.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring audience segmentation, automation, and A/B testing are in place for lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
- Work with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) to drive audience engagement and retention.
- Develop customer journey strategies that turn prospects into engaged community members.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Build and manage dashboards to track performance, user engagement, and attribution models.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, ensuring Toposophy remains at the forefront of destination marketing innovation.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Expertise in SEO, paid search, and paid social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for basic content editing and campaign creative.
- Proven ability to manage teams, agencies, and digital marketing budgets.
