Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team of innovative engineers who are consistently raising the bar on creativity and user experiences. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design and implement improvements on current SCM/DevOps practices to stay on top of industry standard best practices with emphasis on automation.
Implement automation strategies, effective monitoring, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Build and release engineer.
Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
5 to 7 years of software development experience
Practical knowledge of Git
Experience in Linux OS as a user
Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools, preferably Jenkins
Knowledge of Docker containerization
Scripting languages: Bash, Python
Programming languages, Groovy, Python
Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Gradle, Maven
A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g. scripting via Python, Bash, Groovy)
Willingness to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning
Ability to work independently but also be a team player
