About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.
As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking and depositary services.
Your Role:
- You will ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures
- Monitor activity within client cash accounts
- Monitor compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions
- Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations
- Provide assistance during on-site inspections
- Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner
- Deal with all queries received in a professional manner
- Ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues
- Identify and propose procedural enhancements
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc project support
About You:
- You have very good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership / responsibility for work
- Candidates must be very numerate
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An adaptable team player with a proactive approach to problem resolution
- Ability to escalate issues effectively to Team Lead/ Supervisor
- A understanding of Financial Markets/ Foreign Currencies would be an advantage
