ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a Data Scientist focused on marketing analytics to power the insights that drive our B2B growth engine. You'll work at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy, helping us understand what makes B2B prospects convert, which channels and campaigns drive the highest-quality pipeline, and how to prioritize our marketing investments.
You'll partner closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to build dashboards that track funnel health, develop lead scoring models that surface the right opportunities, and conduct deep-dive analyses that uncover what's working and what's not. From attribution modeling to campaign performance to understanding the B2B buyer journey, your work will directly shape how we acquire and convert our most valuable customers.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who combines analytical rigor with business intuition - a builder who can translate complex data into clear recommendations and isn't afraid to proactively surface opportunities before being asked.
RequirementsExpertise in marketing and revenue analytics, with a strong foundation in SQL and Python and familiarity with analytics tools across the data stack
Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline metrics, and lead lifecycle stages
Strong analytical intuition with an ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes and derive actionable insights from messy, real-world data
A deep understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and attribution
Experience building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across marketing and sales teams
Proven ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
Not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done, whether it's cleaning up CRM data, debugging tracking issues, or building new reporting infrastructure as our needs evolve
This role is remote-first from Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, and Warsaw.
