We are now looking for an experienced Data Engineer/BI Analyst with experience on the Microsoft Fabric platform, to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with technical skills in data management to transform data into actionable insights and support data-driven decisions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Analyze data and produce reports/dashboards using BI tools.
- Ensure data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with business units to understand needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Support data architecture and improve database performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Engineering and Business Intelligence.
- Experience with SQL and similar databases.
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (considered an advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
