This role is to provide support to the Dublin Supervisor in both RM/DP areas of the service delivery functions in Co Athy.

The person(s) successful will be expected to learn and understand both the RM & DM business and lead & manage both areas when required by the Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities

  • All staff have adequate training and completed training records

  • Ensure that everyday operational activities are carried out in accordance with employee responsibilities under the

  • Health and Safety at Work legislation.

  • The position will involve working at a pace in line with site specific targets for APH (Activities per hour)

  • Adhere to site specific requirements.

  • Ensure full compliance with key operating standards

  • A high level of organisation with the capability to work under pressure in a warehouse environment.

  • Comfortable operating at height within the warehouse.

  • Comfortable working within a large warehouse in order to locate customer items within agreed SLAs.

  • A willingness to carry out manual handling tasks

  • Must demonstrate good customer service behaviours

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Good understanding of English, written and spoken
