We are looking for hands-on reliable people who are flexible, adaptable and prepared to work with our clients to join our exciting and skilled team installing hardware and server equipment at client sites, while delivering a first class service.
If you’ve a background in Warehousing, Logistics, Construction, or a similar physical job, your skills are a perfect fit — and we’ll provide the hardware and security training you need.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a practical, hands-on role
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to use (or learn to use) simple computer tools like Excel or Teams
- Basic English and local language skills (B1)

What you’ll do:
- Travel to client sites with our teams, with the required PPE and tools.
- Unload, move, and set up hardware equipment (like server racks)
- Help with cabling and equipment setup (training provided)
- Follow site safety and security procedures
- Keep clear communication with your team and complete simple checklists
This role provides candidates with opportunities to learn and develop.
There are pathways to delivery supervisor, cabling technician, or team leader, and training and mentorship are provided.
Candidates can also travel with work as part of ATC’s Mobilisation Team.
