The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical, stakeholder-savvy consultant to partner with clients across operations, technology, and business teams. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering data-led solutions that streamline processes, reduce risk, and optimise performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse, validate, and transform data to uncover opportunities for standardisation, efficiency, and automation
  • Design and deliver proof-of-concepts for reconciliations using diverse data sources
  • Define user stories and requirements that align with operational needs and upstream data remediation
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and control frameworks, translating insights into actionable artefacts
  • Contribute to governance and reporting activities, using data-driven insights to support decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Data Business Analyst, ideally within investment banking or capital markets
  • Expertise in reconciliations, trade lifecycle, settlements, and related operational processes
  • Hands-on experience with data modelling, validation, and reconciliation practices
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, or data visualisation platforms
  • Skilled at writing clear, structured user stories and functional requirements

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in data transformation or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with agile delivery in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • Background in data lineage or control framework design
  • Comfort navigating regulatory or compliance-heavy environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
