What you will do
  • Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data from ERP, MES, and other business systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for financial KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end grant applications including research, documentation, and submission.
  • Track grant deadlines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather data for accurate financial reporting in grant proposals.
  • Maintain grant records and prepare progress reports.
  • Work with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
How you will do it
  • Using SQL, Excel, Python/R, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Applying strong understanding of financial statements, cost analysis, and budgeting.
  • Using excellent organizational and project management skills to manage grants and reporting.
  • Communicating complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Leveraging knowledge of manufacturing or production environments where applicable.
What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP/Sage
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and lean principles.
