What you will do- Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data from ERP, MES, and other business systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports for financial KPIs and operational metrics.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate end-to-end grant applications including research, documentation, and submission.
- Track grant deadlines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
- Collaborate with teams to gather data for accurate financial reporting in grant proposals.
- Maintain grant records and prepare progress reports.
- Work with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align data strategies with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Using SQL, Excel, Python/R, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Applying strong understanding of financial statements, cost analysis, and budgeting.
- Using excellent organizational and project management skills to manage grants and reporting.
- Communicating complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Leveraging knowledge of manufacturing or production environments where applicable.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP/Sage
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.
Desirable
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and lean principles.
