The Center of Excellence team is responsible for increasing the ability to scale platform expertise across the entire Dynatrace ONE function (Post Sales organization at Dynatrace). Focused on topics that drive Dynatrace value, adoption and retention with customers, the Center of Excellence acts as a point of contact for Dynatrace ONE for specialized customer engagements, proliferation of best practices and driving of key enablement activities. The Center of Excellence engages in cross-functional collaborative activities to ensure that all departments within Dynatrace ONE have the right tools and knowledge at their disposal to further drive customer success.
The Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for a Program Architect with strong technical expertise in Dynatrace and a passion for turning complex architectural guidance into clear, compelling customer‑facing materials. This role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, customer experience, and program execution. You’ll partner closely with CoE technical members to operationalize technical journey maps and ensure customers have the right assets, documentation, and guidance to adopt and expand their use of Dynatrace successfully.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead program execution for post‑sales initiatives that support customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization across the Dynatrace platform.
- Collaborate with CoE members to understand technical journey maps and translate them into actionable, customer‑ready deliverables.
- Develop high‑quality customer‑facing assets including playbooks, diagrams, process flows, templates, and best‑practice guides.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of all materials across customer segments, industries, and maturity levels.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to ensure programs and assets reflect the latest capabilities and field learnings.
- Establish and maintain program governance including timelines, milestones, KPIs, and reporting.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to continuously improve journey maps and supporting materials.
- Champion Dynatrace best practices and help customers understand how to maximize value through observability, AIOps, automation, and platform adoption.
- Technical degree (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or relevant work experience required
- Proven hands-on technical experience actively leveraging the Dynatrace Platform, or similar technology (e.g.: Datadog, Splunk), as an end-user or as an administrator/implementor (deployment, configuration, dashboards, problem analysis, Davis AI, integrations, etc.).
- 3–7 years of program or project management experience in a technical, customer‑facing, or post‑sales environment.
- Experience developing and promoting best practices, methodologies and governance frameworks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals, and effectively execute projects in a matrix environment.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, consumable content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience producing customer‑facing assets such as journey maps, architecture diagrams, playbooks, or enablement materials.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and customer value.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- While this is not a traveling role, must be willing to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dynatrace certifications (Associate, Professional, or Services Delivery).
- Experience in a Center of Excellence or Customer Success organization.
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or large‑scale digital transformation.
- Ability to create visually compelling diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, or Visio.
