What would you do as a Cloudflare intern?
- Ship and deliver projects over 12-16 weeks with autonomy and support.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Be assigned a mentor to guide you through the internship and help with career goals.
- Build your network across the company through our various in and out of office socials, networking programs, Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, and Activity Groups (Cat or dog lovers, we've got communities for you! @Catflare @Doggos).
- Present your project to the entire company at the end of the internship.
- Get direct access to our executives and leadership team including our co-founders.
- Learn and develop skills through our professional development workshops.
- Write for our Cloudflare blog and be featured on Cloudflare.tv sessions.
- Receive Cloudflare swag and free Cloudflare products!

Role Responsibilities
- Work with a Senior Business Operations Manager to support projects focused on how the Security organization operates, knowledge shares for decisions, and capturing processes that support cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn and use Confluence to create Wiki structures with a end user experience in mind.
- Develop presentations and reports to showcase the work the team has done and what outcomes they are planning on delivering as part of a project.
- Comfortable leading team meetings to gain alignment and track progress.
- Coordination of team calendars, capturing meeting notes and building wiki pages.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Enrolled full time in an Undergraduate or Graduate program with some work or volunteer experience (can be unrelated to role).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail, Confluence and Jira.
- Basic meeting facilitation skills for small team meetings and ability to take notes and follow up on action items.
- Clear communication skills, both written and in presenting live.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Passion for business management and working in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working with a Global team.
- Ability to take large amounts of information and consolidate into clearer messaging; experience can be through work or volunteer experience.
