The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support / Tech Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, resolving queries, and offering solutions with patience and understanding. Your contribution will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and empathetic help to customers through various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users.
  • Guide customers through features and functionalities of our products.
  • Record and document customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Identify and suggest ways to improve our support processes and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Residency in Ireland is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer support, tech support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Patience and understanding, with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or IT is a plus.
