Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Student/New Graduate/ interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position is part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Department in Madrid, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

In brief, you will be responsible for:
  • Owning the full customer service cycle: from the initial order all the way to the order invoicing
  • Playing a pivotal role in the coordination between the client- vendor- logistics- finance
  • Working hand-in-hand with the sales and finance team to prevent disputes and understand the difference in pricing
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance)
  • Act as a support to the customer service team with administrative support on an ad hoc basis and assist with customer service projects

Qualifications
Hard Skills & Capabilities
  • Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain management
  • Proficient in Business English and Spanish Language
  • Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus

Please kindly note that it is necessary to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
