Customer Onboarding and Solutions Lead
Overview
* Emerging Data Signals is a global group within Mastercard dedicated to the delivery of new innovative solutions in the Open Finance and digital space.
Role
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
* Leading technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
* Driving customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
* Ensuring solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes.
* Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope.
* Establishing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Coordinating execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members.

* Strong Java development and object-oriented design expertise.
* Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack.
* Strong software architecture and solution design capabilities.
* Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions.
* Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is highly desirable.
* Proven experience leading customer implementations.
* Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience creating repeatable processes, standards, and documentation.
