Job Description

Elio Networks seeks a Customer Experience Support Executive  to join our sales team. In our high-performance culture, you will get to work with some of the best proactive, self-motivated in the industry. This role is ideal for self starters who work to exceed targets and excel in customer retention.

Retentions (1st Responder)

  • Renewals
  • Upgrades & cross-selling opportunities for multiple sites
  • Data Reporting
  • Project Management of installations and upgrades

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 18 months' experience in a retention role for ISP/Telco or similar environment in a commercial setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on retention and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in project management, particularly in installations and upgrades
  • Proven track record in identifying and leveraging upgrade and cross-selling opportunities
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound commercial decisions
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologies (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
