The Position:
YCharts is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Development Associate to add to our world class Customer Success Team. As a Customer Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion, fostering relationships, and engaging clients that contribute to the company's overall growth strategy, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance and customer success and is eager to add to the success of a fast-paced fintech company.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating and managing marketing outreach (i.e., sequences) periodically to reflect updates to our offering, including our content.
  • Prioritizing outbound activity based on factors, including but not limited to usage, last meeting date, size and penetration at the account, and relationship size.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the size of our relationships and communicating these insights upstream to the Customer Success Managers and Relationship Account Executive (RAE).
  • Scheduling re-engagement meetings for our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the Wealth Management vertical with excitement and energy.
  • Fostering relationships and engaging clients frequently to create and maintain a healthy expansion and referral pipeline.


Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferred in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable role
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding expectations in previous positions
  • Possess a curiosity to learn more about our clients, their business, and their goals
  • Have a strong sense of attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage client communications
  • Have an understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and familiarity with financial data
  • Be willing to bring energy and passion throughout the day on client calls


Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary annually
  • This position is also eligible for quarterly commissions.
