The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our Inside Sales team as a Customer Account Specialist (CAS). In this role, you will support our Sales Team by researching leads and proactively reaching out to both new and existing customers.

The CAS plays a key role in building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our customers, helping drive revenue growth and customer retention. You will manage all aspects of the customer demand stream in collaboration with our Sales Team and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead research and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage with new and existing customers via email, phone, or other channels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Present product information, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about offerings.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to share customer/project information and achieve sales targets.
  • Record Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree required in one of the preferred areas: Marketing, Sales, Business & Administration
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple requirements at the same time
  • Business & Management experience
  • Must have a clear understanding of a customer centric service model.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey product information.
  • Sales & Marketing skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
