Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Retention Coordinator to join our Marketing Team.
What we want from you:
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis;
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM retention campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, etc.);
- Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up in CRM systems, following segmentation and targeting strategies;
- Support the implementation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns;
- Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates optimized for various devices and platforms;
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer segmentation and personalization strategies;
- Assist in the execution of tasks as required, including content/design requests and campaign setups;
- Identify and analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to inform CRM strategies;
- Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns, workflows, and best practices.
- Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role;
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar);
- Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Experience in email marketing;
- Experience in HTML coding is considered a great asset;
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
- Proficient in standard office software and usage of vast array of tools;
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth;
- Focused on achieving objectives and driving results;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving industry trends;
