The CRM Promotion Manager will plan, coordinate, and analyze CRM campaigns across markets, focusing on customer engagement and retention strategies, while collaborating with local teams and ensuring campaign success.

We are on the lookout for a CRM Promotion Manager to join our CRM Department.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating СRM campaigns across different markets.
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Analyzing customer and campaign data to identify trends, insights.
- Monitoring and reporting on CRM metrics.
- Developing and adapting campaign mechanics based on country specifics and target audiences.
- Collaborating with local teams to align campaign goals and processes.
- Ensuring timely campaign launches and quality control of execution.
- Conducting post-campaign analysis: data collection, performance evaluation, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
- Working with Jira, Confluence, and internal tools for task management, documentation, and workflow coordination.
Requirements
- 1+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Experience in e-commerce, or other high-speed product domains.
- Proven track record in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (Retention, Hold, NGR etc.).
- Experience in post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Fluent in English (B1+ written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of CRM deep operations: bonus campaigns, retention mechanics, lifecycle journeys.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience in A/B testing and knowledge of experimental methodologies.
- Experience in managing campaign budgets.
