The CRM Manager will lead the planning and execution of our customer’s CRM strategy within the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) function. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relationship and Lifecycle Management, this role is responsible for designing strategies and journeys that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven, personalised campaigns. This is an opportunity to shape CRM innovation, taking ownership of engagement processes, governance, and cutting-edge CX technology to enhance customer experiences.

Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office at least once per week.

Required skills:

  • 7+ years’ experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing within e-commerce, travel or retail 
  • Proven success in leading data-driven CRM campaigns that drive measurable business results
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM automation tools, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong experience in customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing
  • Leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in defining KPIs, campaign reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Execution-focused, ensuring omni-channel campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Customer-centric, with a deep understanding of customer behaviours, preferences and lifecycle stages
  • Collaborative, able to build relationships across teams and align CRM strategies with business objectives
  • Adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
  • Strategic thinker, capable of translating high-level goals into impactful CRM campaigns

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, leveraging segmentation and insights to design personalised, omni-channel campaigns
  • Lead event-triggered journeys and collaborate with Marketing and Loyalty to align campaigns with business priorities
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
  • Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms, ensuring efficient automation and workflow optimisation
  • Define KPIs, track campaign success, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Work with Legal teams to maintain compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
  • Act as the primary liaison between CLM, Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics and external agencies to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team, fostering innovation, collaboration and accountability

Desirable skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
