To drive repeat purchase and retention among Buyers through high-performing newsletters and lifecycle campaigns. This role blends creative execution with a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of CRM channels with cross-functional collaboration and a passion for data-driven marketing that delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the analytical lead for Buyer CRM, championing data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
• Plan, execute, and optimise newsletters and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) focused on retention and repeat purchase.
• Align campaign content with commercial priorities in partnership with Brand, Trading, and Product teams.
• Build and segment audiences in Marigold Engage+ (Cheetah) using behavioural and transactional data.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine content, targeting, and strategy.
• Analyse performance using Power BI and ESP tools; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance lifecycle journeys and automation.
• Stay informed on CRM trends, platform capabilities, and competitor activity to drive innovation.
Essential Competencies / Skills:
• 4+ years of CRM or email marketing experience in B2C or eCommerce
• Strong analytical mindset; confident using data to optimise campaigns
• Experience in both newsletters and lifecycle/automated campaigns
• Proficient in Power BI or similar tools, and ESP reporting
• Skilled in Marigold Engage+ (Cheetah) or comparable ESPs
• Strong segmentation and personalisation knowledge
• Familiar with HTML for email build and QA
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Desired Skills:
• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation
• Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch)

• Increased repeat purchase rate among Buyers
• High-performing, insight-led newsletters and lifecycle campaigns
• Improved CRM KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention) through testing and optimisation
