We are currently looking for a talented CRM Casino Executive to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Create and assist with the delivery of tailored marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve the casino team’s goals, focusing on player acquisition, retention, and reactivation across multiple markets.
- Optimize bonuses, free spins, cashback offers to incentivize player activity and drive revenue through collaboration with the CRM Optimization team.
- Ensure all CRM campaigns and promotions comply with relevant regulations and promote responsible gaming practices.
- Review campaign results and customer response rates and propose changes to improve overall campaign performance.
- Analyze customer journeys and take appropriate actions to ensure a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate, and prepare briefs when required, with the CRM Optimization team, VIP, Marketing Content, Web Content, Product Management and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor top competitors per geo and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ Years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Experience with CRM tools and Project Management tools such as Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset and critical thinking
- Fluency in English
