Role Summary

Owns CRM configuration and data integrity, ensuring HubSpot supports sales processes, reporting, and integrations effectively in pursuit of a frictionless sales model.

Role Purpose

The CRM Administrator manages the day-to-day operations and optimization of HubSpot CRM. The role supports sales process efficiency, maintains data governance, and ensures reliable data for decision-making. Working closely with the Head of CRM & Sales Ops, the CRM Administrator contributes to seamless revenue operations and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot CRM configuration, including objects, pipelines, deal stages, user views, and sales tools.
  • Ensure CRM data governance, reliability, and hygiene across all records to support accurate reporting.
  • Provide support on service requests related to CRM objects, workflows, and automation.
  • Manage CRM onboarding by creating, maintaining, and improving process documentation.
  • Collaborate on sales enablement activities, tools, and training resources to minimize friction in sales processes.
  • Manage technical integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.
  • Oversee technical migrations related to CRM and connected tools.
  • Partner with the Head of CRM & Sales Ops on data-driven improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
