Role Overview 

The Creative Designer role will use brand guidelines to generate marketing collateral across multiple mediums including websites, social media, infographics and product, as requested by internal stakeholders. 

The role will ensure that all work is on brief, maintains the brand image and is executed within clear timelines. You will become an integral part of the marketing team and help the creative lead to build working relationship across the business. You will create digital graphics and designs campaigns/promotions across websites, paid media and  content and engagement. As well as ensuring that the creative is of a consistently a high standard, you will possess a high attention to detail and ensure all artwork is accurate and delivered within agreed timescales. 

Crucially, the role will play a key part in progressing and delivering the development of our brand positions in France and Spain. Working closely with other functions within marketing and with our central brand and studio team in PokerStars Network, you will bring innovation in design techniques, tools and processes and a strong passion for your trade.   

You should be equipped with sturdy typography and layout skills, you’ll need to be able to take design scamps and use your own abilities to output print or pixel perfect files, working in a methodical and focused fashion. PokerStars is a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to keep a cool head under pressure and be a strong communicator with robust interpersonal skills. 

What you’ll do: 

• Leverage brand guidelines to create marketing collateral across multiple mediums and media channels  

• Responding to briefs and developing VIs and design approach  

• Digital assets across paid social, content and engagement 

• Development and progression of existing brand propositions 

• Close collaboration with global PokerStars Network Brand and Studio team 

• Present creative approaches to key stakeholders, working to tight timelines and agile processes  

What you’ll bring: 

• 3+ years experience in graphics design role – agency experience preferred 

• Degree or relevant diploma in design or equivalent combination of education / experience 

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS5 software on a Mac platform 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs & strong typographic skills  

• Experience of roll out tools including Bannerflow and StreamEye  

• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail & desire to learn and grow experience 

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working to brand guidelines 

• Wider experience in other creative disciplines (illustration, animation, 3D) highly beneficial  

• Interest or knowledge in online gaming is highly beneficial 

• Experience of working across multiple non-English markets beneficial
