Country Manager - Ireland
Role and responsibilities:
Maintain primary responsibility for managing all customer relationships, innovation, and growth opportunities within Ireland. This will include providing strategic customer solutions and achieving mutual goals through leveraging cross functional project teams, technology, systems, and processes in order to prioritise and proactively deal with customer requirements.
Key accountabilities of the role:
- Responsible for all account management activities for all Irish Customers in the market, including monitoring customer satisfaction with MasterCard's products and services.
- Design and execute strategic and tactical plans to enhance customer growth and partnership, deliver against all key segments and objectives agreed within the context of agreed growth plans and commitments.
- Develop strong and enduring customer relationships in order to execute against mutual agreed objectives across all operational functions (fraud, marketing, operations, payments, technology updates) based on a strong understanding of Customer strategy.
- Identify and promote strategic development opportunities that will drive partnership innovation and growth.
- Implement customer solutions that enhance mutual business efficiencies and growth.
- Develop strong internal relationships within MasterCard and deliver consulting services to help the customer to achieve their business goals and differentiate MasterCard from the competitors.
- Leverage MasterCard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Partner with Customer Delivery Teams to resource to identify, implement value adding processing solutions.
