  • Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and organisational requirements.
  • Produce detailed cost reports, including cost forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow projections, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated planning, cost management, and successful project delivery.
  • Establish and monitor project cost objectives, tracking performance and recommending corrective actions where required.
  • Identify, assess, and manage cost-related risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimise financial exposure.
  • Undertake cost analyses and identify opportunities to improve value, optimise costs, and enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage project cost variances, contract expenditure, and cash flow, ensuring financial processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Ensure all cost management and procurement activities comply with applicable legislation, regulations, organisational policies, and industry best practice.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the role, as required.
