About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to be part of the team.You will be responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with our next-generation endpoint cyber security technology.

This role will be supporting the EMEA Corporate Team in deploying, configuring and demonstrating CrowdStrike’s security platform (Falcon) to prospective customers. This includes creating and delivering technical demonstrations of the products, learning new hacking attack techniques and testing them within the CrowdStrike platform, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, working through Proof of Values (POV) with prospects and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.

You will be working with a wide range of customers, partners and from both sales and pre-sales, so being able to articulate the functionality, value and benefits of our solutions is a critical success factor. Working closely with the Sales teams, providing the deep technical expertise which they require to deliver the right solution to their customers, prospects and partners is an integral part of this role.

To be successful in this role you are required to continuously upskill and learn both technically and commercially while continually staying current on the latest trends in the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.

  • Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.

  • Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.

  • Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.

  • Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.

  • Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.

  • Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

  • Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.

  • Serve as our customers’ primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues that require assistance from the Support team.

  
What You'll Need:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.

  • 2 years+ or equivalent experience in support, consulting or systems engineering – Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Business level, written and spoken in German and English

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress.

  • The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.

  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.

  • Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus.

  • MEDDIC/Value Selling Aware
