About the Team

Workday is looking for a Corporate Sales Development Representative to join an expanding team here in our Dublin offices. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.

About the Role

In this role, you will apply your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help develop customers into key references for Workday, as well as generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Native / Fluency in German & English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year sales or sales development, customer service or consultancy background, preferably in technology industry
  • Passion to innovate and an ability to convey a vision of the intrinsic potential of technology

Other Qualifications

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, tenacious and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
