🚀 Your Mission
As a Python Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, automating, and optimizing Front2Back processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to break down processes, design workflows, and implement transformative solutions with tools like Camunda or similar BPM systems. No two days will look the same - you’ll be solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a tangible difference.
Role DescriptionDive deep into existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization.
Participate in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases:
- Planning: Define process requirements and map out application needs.
- Analysis: Uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design & Development: Build application designs, databases, and workflows.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deployment & Support: Configuration, implementation, and ongoing production support.
- Provide deployment services like training, data conversion, and ensuring a smooth production turnover.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals while continuously improving processes.
- 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer.
- Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!).
- Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (e.g., Camunda).
- Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination.
