We’re looking for a CRO Manager to optimize conversion rates across our digital channels. You’ll analyze user behavior, run A/B tests and implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement and drive growth. 👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor

  • Develop Testing Roadmap: Create and manage a testing roadmap to ensure continuous improvements to the website experience

  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with business and marketing leaders to understand and contribute to the company's strategic goals and objectives. Align CRO initiatives with business priorities to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability. Experience with cryptocurrencies would be valuable

  • Analyze Data: Examine website traffic, user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for improvement

  • Monitor Performance: Use web analytics and other tools to monitor performance and provide regular reports on test results and ongoing experiments

  • Design and Execute Tests: Plan and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve key metrics such as conversion rate and revenue

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product team and other stakeholders to implement changes that drive business growth

  • Research Trends: Stay updated on new trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and UX design

  • Communicate Results: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate results to gain support for ongoing optimization efforts. Prepare and present regular reports on CRO performance, business impact and future initiatives to senior management. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial impact of CRO initiatives and provide insights on cost-benefit analysis, ROI and potential business outcomes. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product management and customer support teams to ensure CRO efforts are integrated into the overall business strategy. Provide input on product development and marketing campaigns to enhance conversion rates

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, industry benchmarks and best practices. Use this information to inform CRO strategies and stay ahead of competitors

💪 What do we need from you?

  • Experience: Several years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing or a related field

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in web analytics tools, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to improve conversion rates

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and effective implementation of changes

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on understanding and meeting the needs of the target audience

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis and competitive dynamics. Ability to translate CRO efforts into measurable business outcomes
