As Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping how SoSafe communicates — across our website, campaigns, and assets. You’ll lead strategic content planning, define narratives that align with our product positioning, and ensure our content consistently delivers clarity, relevance, and impact. Working closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Campaign teams, you’ll build a strong content foundation that supports our growth and establishes our voice in the market.

We are open to hiring candidates remotely from Ireland or the UK. Candidates can also work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from any of our office locations in Germany, or remotely from Spain, with a hybrid option available from our Madrid office.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Own the content calendar across web, campaigns, and marketing assets

  • Define content themes and narratives in collaboration with Product Marketing and Brand

  • Ensure content is aligned with SoSafe’s messaging frameworks, product strategy, and business priorities

  • Champion the development of thought-leadership pieces and strategic top- and mid-funnel assets

  • Oversee timely delivery of content in line with campaign and asset timelines

  • Maintain and evolve the SoSafe Style Framework, including tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, and editorial standards

  • Brief internal and external writers, ensuring clarity and consistency across content

  • Review and refine content to uphold quality and strategic alignment across formats

  • Apply a data-driven mindset to test and iterate content across formats and channels

  • Partner with Marketing Ops or Analytics to define content KPIs and track performance (e.g., engagement, conversion, reach)

  • Use performance insights to inform content strategy and suggest optimization

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, B2B marketing, or editorial planning roles

  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of messaging, audience needs, and campaign planning

  • Skilled at developing content frameworks and structuring content across the funnel

  • Experience working across multiple channels and formats — especially web, gated content, email, and ads

  • Strong collaboration — confident working cross-functionally and briefing writers, designers, and PMMs

  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for clear, purposeful storytelling

  • Fluent in English; German and/or other European languages a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience establishing a thought-leadership content motion

  • Experience in the cybersecurity sector (human-risk management)

  • Experience adapting (localizing) strategies to different markets
