- Maintain an editorial calendar balancing new content creation with reuse, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Apply storytelling to make complex topics accessible, with a focus on delivering value and insight over volume.
- Monitor engagement data and community feedback to continuously refine content strategy.
- Own the external newsletter voice and direction, highlighting the best of our community, events, and industry perspectives.
- Manage freelance contributors and subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment.
- Analyze performance metrics to track ROI and inform ongoing improvements.

- Experience managing newsletters, gated assets, and multi-channel content repurposing.
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and social publishing tools.
- Curiosity and trend-awareness, with a passion for identifying the most relevant stories in a crowded market.
- Interest in AI and adaptability to incorporate emerging tools into content creation workflows.
