ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insights & Content Specialist to play an essential part in helping our sales team connect with new clients, strengthen relationships with existing ones, and introduce new service and product features for the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SA&I) business.  

As an advocate for account-based marketing, you will play a pivotal role in designing targeted strategies that maximise impact for priority accounts and drive meaningful engagement throughout the sales cycle. 

This role combines hands-on data extraction and analysis with the creation of compelling content assets designed to equip our sellers and secure high-value client meetings. You can grasp the complexities and nuances of the solutions portfolio and simplify differentiated capabilities into clear marketing content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Business Partners with content development for their clients, creating a clear, engaging story and maintaining global brand voice and verbal identity 
  • Identify high-potential accounts and extract relevant data points to support targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine target account lists based on strategic priorities and data-driven insights. 
  • Leverage analytics to uncover each account’s unique needs, challenges, and opportunities for deeper engagement. 
  • Translate extracted data into personalized content assets, such as thought leadership articles, case studies, and tailored outreach materials. 
  • Develop content that addresses account-specific priorities and drives meaningful engagement throughout each stage of the customer journey. 
  • Create and/or adapt existing content based on sales insight, persona and segment 
  • Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics to help sellers engage with clients and leads 
  • Assist with insights content knowledge management and retention of content for future use 
  • Collaborate with sellers, pre-sales, insights team, and designers 

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience; content marketing a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills 
  • Experience producing different types of written content and doing research using multiple sources 
  • A good understanding of B2B content, experience with consumer goods/FMCG (retail/manufacturing) 
  • Exceptional writing skills in a marketing and communication environment, including editing and proofreading 
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must 
  • Required software skills: MS Office Suite 

Preferred knowledge & experience 

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or market research 
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ data or similar market research tools is a plus 
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI is a plus 
  • Fluent in one additional language is a plus
