Key Responsibilities
· Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to validate accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
· Develop and implement robust test strategies that combine manual validation with automation framework.
· Build and maintain scalable automated test scripts using tools and languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or SQL.
· Conduct performance testing on data systems to ensure scalability and reliability under varying data volume.
· Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies and also maintain detailed documentation of test artifacts.
· Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications:
· Extensive experience and proven track record working with technical teams.
o Substantial experience in Data Engineering/Reporting/Integration testing, including large data sets and working with data lakes/fabrics.
o Proven ability to collaborate with developers, support Shift-Left testing, and contribute to automation and architecture discussions.
o Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience writing and executing queries.
o Experience with one of the Change Management tools or platforms, e.g. JIRA
o Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred .
· Experience and understanding of IT challenges, opportunities, and applications in a Financial Services context, including data governance and compliance standards.
· Agile mindset with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Quick to adopt new tools and technologies; holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
· Experience with an EPM system – Hyperion, Tagetik, or other similar
· Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance
· Experience with MS Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT)
