What you’ll do: 

You will work with the product management, development and testing teams throughout the delivery and support life cycle for the MX.3 platform and it is most suitable for students who have an outstanding academic record and who are interested in combining their technical and finance knowledge in a client focused role.

There are two teams hiring risk control and investment management.

This internship will start in January 2026 and will be for 6 months. You must be currently a student who needs a placement as part of your course requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer business processes and assist product owners in building a product backlog
  • Collaborate with the Development and Testing teams to deliver support and new product evolutions to customers
  • Develop business and technical expertise in platform, industry and process knowledge to support Murex business solutions and services
  • Professionally manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide assistance with production support and post-implementation software upgrades

Experience Required:

  • On track to achieve 1.1 or 2.1 degree in Math’s / Physics / Engineering/Computer Science/Finance
  • Technical skills in RDBMS (Sybase, Oracle), Unix / NT / LINUX operating systems would be beneficial.
  • Fluent written & oral English is necessary; fluency in another language would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Capacity to build and manage relationships
  • Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment is essential.
  • Strong interest in financial markets.
