The Role:

The CCM Support team is a Level 2 team that plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless production configurations for both existing and new customers. You'll be at the forefront of supporting the integration of innovative products into our global implementation framework, providing technical expertise to our internal partners. This is your chance to make a real impact and contribute to the success of Mastercard's customer-facing teams across a broad spectrum of support topics, including Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Disputes, Loyalty, and much more.

Responsibilities
• Serves as a technical resource to provide Production support to customer facing teams using Mastercard tools and systems.
• Supports efforts to investigate internal customer issues and assist in problem resolution.
• Partners with team members to support process improvement efforts and initiatives.
• Gains exposure to controls to support compliance activities including internal audits, SOX and SOC1, and business continuity exercises.
All About you:
• At least Bachelor`s degree, preferably in IT, Business, finance or similar area.
• Experience in Operational and Technical Support delivery.
• Basic SQL knowledge an advantage.
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to routine consumer product/service inquiries with high quality resolutions.
• Fast learner, sharp thinking, investigative mind and true dedication to solve customer problems.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Good team player with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understands the four party model and role of key stakeholders.
