🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • Strategic Risk Management: Own the development and annual refresh of our company wide Risk Register. You’ll identify where our gaps are and ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve as the business evolves.

  • Regulatory Project Support: Act as a key contributor to high-stakes project teams (including licensing applications). You’ll work alongside program managers and legal counsel to ensure our operational compliance meets the highest standards.

  • Governance Frameworks: Design and implement a scalable policy and procedure management framework. You’ll be the owner of how we draft, approve, and roll out internal controls.

  • AI & Automation: Identify friction points in our current workflows and partner with our Product and Engineering teams to implement AI-driven solutions. Your goal is to automate the routine so the team can focus on the complex.

  • Advisory: Act as a senior point of contact for the Dublin team, providing guidance on how we balance compliance requirements with our focus on business growth.

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience: You’ve likely spent 3+ years in a senior compliance or regulatory role, ideally within Fintech or a fast-paced financial services environment.

  • The "Growth" Mindset: You see compliance as a business enabler, not a roadblock. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and confidential projects.

  • Tech-Forward: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be obsessed with efficiency. You understand how LLMs and automation can be applied to financial crime and monitoring.

  • Communication: You can take a complex regulation and boil it down into a simple internal process.

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

🇬🇧 London, One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

🇦🇺 Sydney, Small but Mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

🇺🇸 Charlotte, our new US-HQ
