We’re looking for a self-driven, critical thinker to join our Privacy Operations team. This role will be part of our growing Trust & Safety Enforcement Operations function and will work directly with Pinners to support privacy related inquiries and requests. In addition, you’ll leverage critical thinking and insights to improve our operational processes and policies while working closely within the Privacy Team and with cross-functional partners to support team goals and projects.


What you’ll do:

  • Support escalations and respond to privacy related inquiries and requests from users
  • Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to support team projects and goals 
  • Analyze and interpret data trends, make recommendations based on trends identified
  • Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve privacy operations and scaled process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance privacy and business objectives 


What we’re looking for: 

  • Regulatory or Trust & Safety operations experience 
  • Ability to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements 
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Zendesk or an internally built support or content moderation tooling is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices; Dublin, Ireland.
