 Position: Compliance Project Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland/Hybrid.

Role Summary:
Acre security are seeking an efficient Project Manager to join their Global product compliance team. The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing end-to-end legislation based product compliance projects spanning regulatory, International, and environmental control. This is a collaborative position working closely with all Acre organisations, and also alongside Product Management, Supply Chain, GTS, Manufacturing and R & D Teams.
What You’ll Do:
In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following:

  • Lead compliance projects related to legislation, regulatory standards, international certifications, and environmental controls—managing them end-to-end.
  • Plan and manage projects within Acre's Agile Processes, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and effective escalation of issues.
  • Collaborate with test laboratories to scope, plan, certify, and document Acre products in line with project timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international test labs, accreditation bodies, suppliers, and other third-party stakeholders.
  • Coordinate laboratory product submissions, including planning, test rig setup, and implementation.
  • Drive issue resolution, working cross-functionally with R&D, compliance, and product teams to address concerns from legislative bodies and test labs.
  • Monitor compliance standards and legal directives, informing VI teams of changes and supporting external inspections and non-compliance responses.
  • Support internal systems, including resolving Salesforce tickets, updating project stakeholders, and promoting Acre’s Product Compliance principles and processes.


What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related business environment and a degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a very good command of the English language.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; dependable team player who can also work independently.
  • Experience in product testing and preparing test rigs, with solid product knowledge in a related business or industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including formal training or practical application.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support documentation and reporting needs.
  • Demonstrates a high standard of accuracy, accountability, and initiative across tasks and team collaboration.
