Responsibilities :

Responsible for payroll activities within the organization. Assignments include payroll processing, maintaining journals and preparing statutory reports. Duties include processing, reviewing and approving transactions, posting entries, collecting and evaluating data, conducting analysis, and preparing reports and recommendations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing Company Payroll and administer related processes

Ensures accurate calculation of salaries, tax withholdings and deductions

Interact & Coordinate with Government Agencies and Third Party entities required for payroll related matters

Responsible for managing and keeping up to date payroll records and reconciliation reports

Perform Quarterly Accounts reconciliations & Year-end Activities

Support all Payroll related Audits

Ensuring compliance to Statutory requirements, Internal Controls & Guidelines

Support for Payroll Forecasting & Reporting for accounting

Coordinate with Accounting Team for activities that impacts payroll

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Prior Payroll Processing experience for at least 3 or more years

Good understanding of Payroll Process in general

Professional Degree in Management/Accounting preferred

Reconciling and Accounting experience Preferred
