About the team and the role: The Commercial teammate will support our Merchant Service Operations (MSO), which is dedicated to partnering with our customers to remove barriers and create loyalty to the eBay marketplace through working to understand the needs of seller businesses, taking ownership, and driving seller profitability.
What you will accomplish:
Will interact with European Central Markets’ top sellers via email providing a one-stop shop, premium service experience.
Provide expert guidance to help our sellers drive higher sales while also ensuring they offer a unique service to our buyers.
Organize and resolve member issues with thorough research and consistent follow-up.
Communicate effectively within a team to collaboratively solve seller challenges and improve outcomes.
Apply critical thinking to identify solutions and enhancing eBay experience for sellers.
Prioritize customer needs, using system tools to track progress and champion customer satisfaction every day.
What you will bring:
A focused self-starter, driven, motivated, can-do mind set.
Experienced in dealing with passionate customers, great at solving problems and flexible in your approach.
Highly efficient in time management with a meticulous and thorough work ethic, capable of working autonomously while valuing teamwork.
Experienced with eBay and comfortable speaking to any customer issue.
Fluent in written and verbal English & Spanish. Polish and/or Dutch is a plus.
Travel is required
