Commercial Operations Programme Coordinator 

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Operations Programme Coordinator. This role is responsible for the admin support and follow up of programme and admin tasks. The role will be integral in keeping programmes on track, ensuring deadlines are met, updating and maintaining programme plans and trackers.  Key responsibility of this role will be the day-to-day management of our sales activation process. 

The role requires a candidate who will be:

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Support the sales enablement manager in creating and managing plans that deliver both strategic and tactical initiatives 

  • Create, maintain and develop various spreadsheets, trackers and data 

  • Manage the Sales Activation end to end process including but not limited to; request intake, sales activation plan updates and tracking, preparation of meeting materials, prep and collation of weekly frontline and sales leader huddles 

  • Provide updates, data and insight to a variety of stakeholders at various levels within the organisation 

  • Liaise with stakeholders and project team members to keep plans on track and ensure deadlines are met. Managing in line with agreed programme plan governance and cadence 

  • Alert Commercial Ops Programmes manager to any risks or issues on key deliverables. 

  • Ensure version control and up to date file management for all programme materials 

  • Use a variety of tools and systems to manage documentation, updates and communication to different audiences, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Team, SharePoint 

  • Other admin and support tasks as directed by Line manager 

 

Requirements: 

  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Confident communicator at different organisational levels 

  • Detail orientated with a focus on high quality outputs 

  • Strong IT skills with an excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint tools  

  • Competent user of Microsoft Teams and Salesforce CRM 

  • Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly and effectively 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills 

  • Proven ability to provide credible insight and recommendations as a result of an analytical approach. 

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills 

  • Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities 

  • Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency in order to succeed in a deadline driven environment
