Are you passionate about technology, a keen problem-solver, and ready to dive into a new challenge? TravelPerk is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join CodeCamp 2025 – our unique, in-house software engineering bootcamp designed to transform you into an Associate Software Engineer!
This isn't just another bootcamp; it's your direct pathway into a thriving engineering career at one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies.
- What: In-house software bootcamp featuring project-led learning, with an AI-centric curriculum and guidance and mentorship from TravelPerk engineers.
- When: Aug 4, 2025
- Duration: 14 weeks, full-time
- Where: TravelPerk HQ in Barcelona
- Funding: The course is fully-funded. Participants will also receive a stipend of 2,500EUR/month for the duration of the bootcamp.
What You Will Do & Learn:
- Master core programming concepts and full-stack web development, getting hands-on with technologies relevant to TravelPerk (like Python, Django, JavaScript/TypeScript, React).
- Understand and apply best practices in software design, clean code, testing, and agile methodologies.
- Develop a strong product engineering mindset and enhance your problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, mirroring how our engineering squads operate.
- Learn to utilize AI tools responsibly and effectively throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare for and transition directly into a full-time Associate Software Engineer role upon successful completion of the program.

Eligibility:
In order to apply you must meet one of the following background criteria:
- Hold a degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Have current or previous experience in a technical role.
- Have completed a software engineering bootcamp.
You must also be able to commit to the full-time, in-person program in Barcelona from August to November and be authorised to work in Spain.
How we work
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
