Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the platform architecture that powers our AI cloud solutions. Your role is to secure and win customers’ technical decisions and empower them to utilize our technology. You will collaborate with clients, early in their buying journey, internal teams, and partners to design, develop, and deliver Generative AI cloud platform solutions tailored to specific business needs and use cases. You'll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring the optimal use of cloud technologies, and building innovative AI solutions that leverage the full potential of Taiga Cloud's infrastructure. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation to product adoption and expansion. 
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable AI cloud platforms and solutions for clients, PAAS expert. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI solutions for Enterprise clients. 
  • Lead technical discussions with clients to gather requirements and translate them into NDG Taiga cloud solutions. 
  • Provide architectural guidance for AI workloads on cloud platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost optimization. 
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of AI cloud architectures. 
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and practices to enhance the AI platform's performance and scalability. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure to ensure Taiga Cloud remains a leader in the space. 
  • Scale through partners by liaising between them and the account team, facilitating resources and processes, and supporting technical capacity by identifying gaps and providing feedback to internal teams. 
  • Support the sales and business development teams by providing technical insights and expertise during the pre-sales process. 
  • Drive innovation within the platform by leveraging advancements in AI and cloud technologies. 

 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Extensive experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, technology delivery, or related fields or equivalent with a focus on AI and Machine Leaning platforms 
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure, datacenter, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architectural designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. 
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and AI/ML technologies. 
  • Strong background in designing and deploying scalable, AI-driven cloud platforms. 
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration tools. 
  • Familiarity with GPU-accelerated cloud computing and NVIDIA ecosystem is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
