About the Role & Team

As a Client Training Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of training to our schools through a variety of mediums; including but not limited to video calls, webinars, face-to-face and classroom-based training.

What you’ll do:

Training

  • Deliver training through a variety of mediums, including but not limited to video calls, webinars, face-to-face and classroom-based training.
  • Maintain all existing training collateral including training scripts, guides and videos.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and confidence across our product suite.
  • Work with the Product Team to ensure the timely development of training collateral for new features and functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to sell customer schools additional modules.

Operational

  • Communicate closely with the IE Country Manager on training availability and capacity.
  • Manage the training diary, booking in training for new and existing customers.
  • Closely collaborate with the Support Team to proactively identify training requirements for existing customers.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by your manager.
Requirements

  • A true passion for putting the customer first.
  • A highly proactive nature, with the ability to think both creatively and commercially.
  • Demonstrated confidence with public speaking, showcasing exemplary presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and personalities from school admin teams to C-Suite Executives. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously but also work well within a team environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in schools or knowledge of the Ireland school system will be highly regarded.

Salary Range: €30K - €35K (prorated)
