Who we are looking for 

 

We are looking for a candidate with experience in delivering excellent client service within outsourced Technology and/or Service provision offerings within the Investment Funds or Asset Management Industries.  

The successful candidate will be able to maintain strategic relationship with client C-level stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and facilitate strategic dialogue with Amundi Technology. They will also be focused on customer satisfaction and the achievement of client objectives on the platform, with responsibility for supporting up selling and cross selling across Amundi Technology’s offerings, including Alto Invest, Alto Asset Servicing and Alto Wealth Management.

The Client Services team is central to this ambition, helping clients achieve their strategic outcomes through Amundi’s technology and services while ensuring effective delivery. This role is important because it acts as a trusted operational partner to clients, supports client satisfaction and retention, and helps drive the continued growth of the business across Europe and APAC. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  • Building and updating the Client Success Plan (CSP) to enable client strategic outcomes in collaboration with the Relationship Manager. 
  • Acting as the Client Success Plan delivery manager, including project management for business implementation and small extensions. 
  • Orchestrating tasks across Amundi Technology, Amundi business lines, and third parties where relevant, including setting up and driving remediation plans when required. 
  • Co-animating the Client Success team with the Relationship Manager and contributing to a strong culture of delivery and process improvement. 
  • Ensuring efficient handover from the Professional Services team after onboarding. 
  • Managing ticket supervision, including allocation to domain analysts, SLA follow-up, cross-domain resolution, and acting as the client entry point and level 1 escalation. 
  • Leading production reviews with clients, maintaining direct contact with client heads of operations, and sharing release notes. 
  • Driving continuous improvement, escalating to internal pools of expertise as needed, and organising post mortems for major incidents with remediation plans. 
  • Acting as the operational partner to client teams by mastering client specificities, monitoring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, collecting billing data, and leading weekly internal and monthly client meetings.  

 

What we value for the role  

 

  • Client focus and relationship management: ability to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality, personalised service, while translating Amundi Technology’s offering into clear client value.  
  • Strong communication and delivery skills: excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience working effectively across customers at different levels and internal teams. 
  • Relevant experience: prior experience in a management or lead role supporting full life cycle implementations, including planning, resources, issue/change management, and contribution to business development through proposals and presentations. 

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Relevant university degree, preference for finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related degrees  
  • Experience within the Asset management industry or within FinTech supporting Financial Services 
  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience  
  • Knowledge of Investment value chain, Front-to-Back Office processes
