The expected salary range for this position is $109,800 - $146,400. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention.
- Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing regional visibility and brand recognition.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of management experience
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
- Strong understanding of Group Benefits products, business operations, financial forecasting, and analytics.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.
- Demonstrated success in project and change management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
