Job Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through a seamless onboarding experience with J.P. Morgan Mobility Payment Solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration onto the platform.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout their onboarding journey, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Help clients understand complex KYC requirements and assist them in meeting these.
- Demonstrate initiative and independence in managing onboarding tasks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client success on the platform.
- Have an interest in technology and the motor industry, aiding in understanding the unique requirements of clients in these sectors.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Qualification in business administration, finance or a related discipline, with previous years' experience in a Credit, Anti-Fraud or Compliance area
- Experience in a Client Onboarding/Compliance position or similar decision-making role is required.
- Experience within the Merchant Service/Payments industry may be substituted in place of compliance experience.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment while performing multiple tasks is required.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including the ability to work with Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Able to provide professional communication via phone, email, and in person when interacting w/ internal and external customers.
- Analytical/problem solving skills.
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in a business, finance, or accounting-related field.
